Naz-A-Thon will be here before you know it! With the first semester coming to a close, we have already made so much progress for our annual dance marathon. This year, Naz-A-thon is partnering with Holy Ghost to get more people involved. So far, Naz-A-Thon had different fundraising opportunities such as the Phillies night, a spin class, Quizzo Night, Pajama Day, Kendra Scott, Paint Night, and multiple dine-outs. In the future, more events will come such as change wars and a Bundt cake sale. Participating in these events is so important and is much appreciated. All of the proceeds this year will go towards the Oncology and Child Life Departments at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Recently, Naz-A-Thon was recognized for its dedication and support towards such a good cause. Furthermore, the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals awarded the Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy Award to Naz-A-Thon. This is a very impressive feat, and I am excited to see what else we will accomplish this year.
