Carly Krieger '21, Senior Editor

The Salutatorian of Nazareth Academy for the class of 2021 is none other than Angela Brunetti! When Angie heard the news, she was not expecting her name to be called, but she was glad that her hard work and effort were being recognized. Angie credits her grandmother as her inspiration to work hard and reach for her goals. Her parents are also her biggest inspirations and have taught her to try her best in everything she does. Angie is very involved at Naz. She’s a member of the National Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She also serves as the Science National Honors Society president and has participated in indoor and outdoor track and the Naz Fashion show. Angie is just as busy after the school day as she is during the school day. She is a competitive Irish Dancer who also does professional performances, “I have been dancing since I was six years old and almost my whole life has been dedicated to dance.” You might also catch Angie scooping ice cream at Brodie’s Ice Cream Bar, so stop by if you’re ever nearby. At Naz, Angie’s favorite class was AP Chemistry with Mrs. Scott. She said, “Mrs. Scott taught us so much, and our entire class was super close and helped each other through it.” Some of her favorite memories of her time at the Acad include Senior Prom and Naz-AThon. As her senior ends, she looks forward to this fall, where she will start college at Thomas  Jefferson University on the 3 + 2 Accelerated Physician Assistant Program. After college, Angie hopes to continue working hard as a  successful Pediatric Physician Assistant. Nazareth knows that our Salutatorian gives 100% towards everything she does. Good luck in your future endeavors Angie! Nazareth will miss you dearly and is so excited to see where your bright future takes you.
