Over the past few weeks, Nazareth has been collecting donation items for organizations such as Laurel House and the Ronald McDonald House. Each item is worth a point and the homeroom with the most points gets to take on the teachers in a students vs. staff basketball game. After the counts were in, senior homeroom 2A emerged as the winner! The seniors, along with other members of the basketball team played against the teachers in the second annual Bread Basketball game. Led by Ms. Heston and Mr. Clark, the teachers started out strong. However, the students rallied back, and won the game 25-20! It was a revenge situation, as the teachers were last year’s champions. Great job to everyone who participated as players, commentators, or referees and hopefully the students can keep their winning streak alive next year!
